General Terms and Conditions of Business
1. Scope of application
For all orders via our online shop the following terms and conditions apply.
2. Contract partner, conclusion of contract
The contract of sale is concluded with André Rohrmüller.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude the contract for these articles. You can place our products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by e-mail. You can also view and download the GTC at any time here on this page. You can view your past orders in our customer login.
4. Delivery terms
In addition to the indicated product prices, shipping costs will be added. You can find out more about the shipping costs from the offers.
We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.

Payment in advance
If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will inform you of our bank account details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you have to be registered there or you have to register, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
SOFORT Überweisung
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider SOFORT Überweisung (Online bank transfer). In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via SOFORT Überweisung, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN method, which is activated for participation in SOFORT Überweisung, you must have the appropriate credentials and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be executed immediately after that by SOFORT Überweisung and your account will be debited.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Transport damages
If goods with obvious transport damages are delivered, please complain about such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
8. Warranties and guarantees
The statutory liability for defects law applies. Information on any applicable additional warranties and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
9. Liability
We shall always be liable without limitation for claims arising from damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.
- in case of injury to life, body or health,
- in the event of wilful or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in the case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act has been opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is necessary for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability is limited to the amount of the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, which must typically be expected to occur. In all other respects, claims for damages are excluded.
10. Dispute settlement
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform (OS) which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are prepared to participate in an out-of-court conciliation procedure before a consumer conciliation body.
